Because of this, we help you plan the evening entertainment well in advance, liaise with other acts and DJ's that you may have booked (if required) and give you a signed contract stating exactly what has been agreed. We have many years of experience of playing in wedding bands and are happy to assist you in any way we can.

We have all experienced a song coming on the radio and stopping us dead in our tracks. In a heartbeat we are transported back in time to fond memories as if it were only yesterday. Music has a funny way of doing that doesn't it?
So it is only natural that a couple would want "their song", the song that takes them back to a particular special place and time, played at their wedding. We understand this completely.
We get many initial requests for us to play the first dance, and we are happy to do so as long as it is arranged well in advance. However, most people, when they think about it, realise that no band, no matter how good they were*, would be able to create that magical feeling of hearing the actual record itself.
Because of this, we recommend that the first dance is played by the DJ with the band on stage, tuned up and ready to go. The contrast of the band kicking in immediately afterwards guarantees that you will be joined on the dancefloor immediately, and stop you feeling like you are in the final of "Come Dancing".
